Brad Stank seduces his way into our hearts with new single ‘She Was a Tease’, ahead of “Kinky Om” album release.

REVIEW

Armed with an ideaology of sex and spirituality, Brad Stank brings us his “new teasy offering”, in the form of single ‘She Was A Tease’. The final taste before the main event; the release of debut album “Kinky Om”

Tender, with a flirtatious charm, this new single comes complete with the sultry saxophone work of Gal Go making up most of the lengthy introduction. In a way this mirrors the very character of the song, not only teasing towards the lyrical seduction from Brad himself, but also the anticipation of the album that is to come. Words are slurred in a sensational way, bringing the notion of bedroom music to a different reality. No more is this a note of its production methods (something that this time has been collaborated on with Saam Jafarzadeh), but the boudoir imagery that the track itself evokes.

In Brad’s words ‘She Was A Tease’ is “perfect for pulling out your garden chair and basking in the glorious rays of the sun, or even a hot steamy bath...or maybe laying in bed readying yourself for some astral projection...". Suggestive but with all the charisma, it’s hard not to fall under the spell of Brad Stank as his brooding voice simmers over the jazzroom soul. The single is out now and follows the release of ‘Kinky Visitation’, ‘Stanky Om’ and ‘Breathing Like A Baby’ (ft. Ryshon Jones), all set to appear on the album “Kinky Om”, out June 5th with Heist or Hit.
