CHERITON, a debut that fits perfectly into the context of the Contemporary Pop.

REVIEW

The debut of CHERITON is fresh and full of good ideas.

Nick Harrison was born in the county of Kent and is currently living in London. With the moniker CHERITON, he writes pop songs and then arranges and produces them with his friend and producer Andy Hall (Bastille, James Gillespie) combining a spontaneous easiness with a sensibility capable of finely reading the world around, from feelings to social networks.

His debut EP is called “Parallel”, in which his lively and playful electro-pop permeates every track, leaving us with the feeling that this is the right EP at the right time, fresh and contemporary, full of interesting suggestions.

The single track is one of those songs not easy to forget, that crawls under the skin and never leaves you again. Folk sounding guitars, a powerful refrain and a percussive arrangement that conveys the idea of a certain fun they had in the composition and recording of his music, a joyful attitude that will clear his way in the music business.
