Maddy and Jesse come from Western Australia, for some years they have been developing their musical composition made of ethereal voices and acoustic sounds, songs where the more you listen the more you appreciate them for their simple but solid and recognizable structure.
“Drift”, their debut single, was released three years ago, an inspired folk, with the personal touch of two voices playfully chasing each other with innate romanticism.
“Timer Passes” is a ballad where the melody blossoms like a rare and precious flower, the voices intertwine in a melody that moves you, even with a slight sense of nostalgia that doesn’t seem to go away. “Emotional Weight”, the single released last year, was oriented on the same vibes: graceful and dreamy arrangements, poetic lyrics, and the always clear vocal harmonies.
The Australian sisters have already made their appearance on the stages of prestigious folk festivals in their homeland, we hope to find them soon on closer stages, to be able to appreciate a music that so far – in terms of listening – has largely passed every test.
